Cancellation Policy
Please contact me directy if you don't see an appointment time that fits your needs.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR POLICY.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss out on the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
-less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
-Appointments made within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
-Late cancels (2 hour before appointment) & "no shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
-15 minute grace period given. Service time will be adjusted accordingly.
